Frants Tikerpuu – Pianist / Songwriter

Frants was born in 1997 in Pärnu, and at the age of 4, he showcased his impressive piano skills on the Estonian Public Broadcasting show “Pealtnägija.” Since then, piano and music have remained integral parts of his daily life.
Frants initiated his piano studies under Imbi Haugas at Pärnu Music School in 2004. Concurrently, he participated in piano classes led by Dr. h.c. Arbo Valdma, an internationally recognized pianist and music pedagogue. In addition to his local studies, Frants enhanced his skills through participation in seven international piano masterclasses.
After achieving success in various piano competitions both in Estonia and internationally, Frants continued his education at the Baltic Film, Media, Arts, and Communication School of Tallinn University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in integrated art, music, and multimedia in 2019.
